Account details (name, email, phone), booking and payment metadata, device/browser data, and messages you send to support or AI chat. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider (e.g. Razorpay) — we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use data

To create accounts, process bookings, send confirmations, prevent fraud, improve the product (including AI trip planning), and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share necessary booking details with the partner fulfilling your reservation, with payment/settlement providers, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention & security

We retain booking records as required for accounting and disputes. Access is restricted by role-based controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data via Support, subject to legal retention needs for completed bookings.
